Love this phone
I’ve been a TracFone user for over 10 years. I’ve mainly had LG and Samsung phones but I decided to switch to Motorola.There was definitely a learning curve to using this phone, but I am happy I made the switch.

Phone was used, had calls on from July 2020. I bought it new March 2021. No ringer/sound button on side. While on phone have to go to settings to adjust sound. No photo editing, saved wallpaper pics are huge and blurry, can not edit pic. This phone is like a slightly upgraded flip phone, without the flip. Not worth the money.

Good specs, but poor performer
I bought this phone because it has good ram, lots of memory, and good display. My first motrola. I usually get samsung or LG to this point. This phone is junk. It always misses calls and texts, very often doesnt find cell networks that my other phones never had a problem finding, has very poor wifi reception and when you switch to data, that is also disgraceful.. Constantly freezes up, having to power down and start back up, then it shows me how many missed calls and texts I missed. Replacing it with an lg This phones display is nowhere near as good as lg or Samsung's either. Instead of hitting it out of the park, this phone strikes out on three pitches

Awkward and unreliable
Sometimes it works, other times it gives error messages or just plays silent, not receiving calls and messages. It has fewer convenient features than my previous LG phones, especially for navigation and capture. Gestures are touchy. On/ off and volume button are difficult to control but come on easily when carried in my bag. I've used cell phones for decades and this is the least dependable I've ever owned. Also tons of bloatware for Motorola, facebook and others that is not removable. What is removable comes back with every update. A big disappointment. The bigger screen and memory are useless if the phone won't work. It's just an expensive Candy Crush device. My word puzzle, level 6000 was wiped out with Android 10 upgrade.

Not CDMA
Received phone ..was excited but after some research wrong mode for Metro Las Vegas
Major carrier Verizon is CDMA this phone is not and Nowhere in the presentations or webpage does it say that
So returned it for full refund
CS was wonderful no issues with them
Be very careful to make sure your area is comparable with the correct Mode
And watch the QVC presentation very carefully . So you will,not be disappointed

defective phone
I purchased 3 of these phones. All 3 were defective. 2of them would not stay on longer than 5 seconds regardless of what the settings were. The 3rd phone would only work within the house take it outside and it would stop working. I would never recommend these phone to anyone they are a waste of money. Had to purchase another brand and I love it.
